And then for anyone’s everyday needs: for drivers who make it their living – every day, and beyond.About the Role:We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our dedicated IT team in London. The successful candidate will possess experience in both Windows and Mac environments, with a strong emphasis on Windows, to effectively troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues. As the first point of contact for all employees, the IT Support Engineer will manage the internal support ticketing system and resolve issues affecting individual users and the broader company. Collaboration with third-party vendors, such as Google and Amazon, will be required to ensure timely resolution of complex problems. This role offers autonomy, exposure to new systems, and excellent opportunities for professional development.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational IT support for the UK/CY business which operates 24/7 365
- Provide Help Desk support at Tier 1-2 levels.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Google Apps, Active Directory/Azure, and Okta or a similar identity management solution.
- Participate in the onboarding process, facilitating a smooth and supportive transition for new employees.
- Manage and maintain local office infrastructure, encompassing computer hardware, networking, AV equipment, and software, ensuring timely troubleshooting and support.
- Consistently achieve and surpass all local and global metrics, KPIs, and project deliverables within established timelines.
- When necessary, provide IT support for our driver office located in Islington London.
- Be available to provide support to employees outside of normal business hours, as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all IT-related matters.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT Support Engineer or Helpdesk Engineer role, or a similar position.
- Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to manage both technical and non-technical projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Sound business judgment and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and task completion.

- Follow up (20 mins Video Call) – This is a chance for you for final questions and alignment with Rikesh and Danny
