  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues escalated from end-users, ensuring timely resolution to minimize business disruption.

  • Effective Communication: Collaborates with IT professionals, department leaders, and senior management to align IT strategies with organizational goals, translating technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.

  • System Administration: Administer, maintain, and optimize IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services, to ensure high availability and performance.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides, to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.

  • User Training: Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT tools, systems, and security practices to promote productivity and ensure compliance with company policies.
