• Coordinating and cooperating with IT team to provide the IT support for users of virious nVent sites in APAC region;

• Support for LAN/WAN/WLAN;

• Install, configure, and support local IT equipments and system, including but not limited to workstation software, hardware, printers, fixed telephone system, CCTV and so on;

•Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration, and ensure components meet business needs and work together seamlessly

• IT fixed assets management based on nVent IT & Finance policy;

• IT Procurement based on IT & Finance policy. Tracing and attending whole process of payment for IT related items.

• Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost efficiency and accuracy.

• IT information statistics and analysis. Building and maintaining basic IT information database such as computer, telephone list, software license and so on;

• Write and edit related IT training documents to assist end-users to resolve any simple, common IT issues;

• Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost efficiency and accuracy.

• Train employees in using software and hardware, and provide technical support when needed

• Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process.
