IT Support Specialist

Pay Rate: $1/hr. – $42/hr.

6 Month CONTRACT TO HIRE

Description:

Our client, HOK, is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist to grow with their San Francisco office. This is a six-month contract-to-hire position. The person in this position will be the IT Liaison for the San Francisco office, helping solve general IT support issues within the office and supporting some of the surrounding locations around the San Francisco Location and the Seattle office.

Daily Task May include but are not limited to:

• Escalation path for all Technology issues

• Interacts with office leadership to address technology needs of business practice

• Maintains accurate asset management records, including lease schedules and on-time returns of assets

• Oversees local network operations of firm-wie standards

• Meets with IT Directors and other IT Managers to develop and implement IT standards

• Works with the Enterprise team to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot local network, server , data storage, video conferencing, telephone and other enterprise systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Nice to Have

• College Degree

• IT Certification (A+, Network+)

• Has been in an IT Managerial role before

Intermediate Level
