Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and screening top tech talent through various channels including LinkedIn, industry networks, and referrals
• Conducting in-depth interviews to assess technical capabilities and cultural fit
• Managing contract negotiations and offer processes
• Building and maintaining a strong network within London’s tech community
• Providing market insights and salary benchmarking to clients
• Becoming a trusted advisor in your chosen technical vertical

Required Skills & Experience
&]:mt-2 list-disc space-y-2 pl-8″> * Proven recruitment experience within one or more of our specialist IT sectors

• Deep understanding of technology roles, skills, and market trends in your area of expertise
• Excellent relationship building and networking abilities
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Desirable Skills

• Experience using recruitment CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Previous agency recruitment experience
• Knowledge of London’s tech ecosystem
