You’ll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle while building lasting relationships with tech professionals and hiring managers.Sector FocusWe are particularly interested in recruitment professionals with experience in:

• Data & Analytics
• Developing & Testing
• Network Infrastructure
• Projects
• Cloud & Digital Transformation

Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in your specialist technology sector
• Sourcing and screening top tech talent through various channels including LinkedIn, industry networks, and referrals
• Conducting in-depth interviews to assess technical capabilities and cultural fit
• Managing contract negotiations and offer processes
• Building and maintaining a strong network within Peterborough’s tech community
• Providing market insights and salary benchmarking to clients
• Becoming a trusted advisor in your chosen technical vertical

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven recruitment experience within one or more of our specialist IT sectors
• Deep understanding of technology roles, skills, and market trends in your area of expertise
• Excellent relationship building and networking abilities
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Desirable Skills

• Technical background or understanding of software development, cloud technologies, or IT infrastructure
• Experience using recruitment CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Previous agency recruitment experience
• Knowledge of Peterborough’s tech ecosystem
• Established network in one or more of our specialist sectors
