Job Description:The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase Wealth Management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self-Directed – our digital investing platform. The combined business has ~$600 billion in Assets Under Management and ~5,000 advisors located across 3,500 branches and 20 offices.Strategy and Support for Chase Wealth Management reports into the Field Engagement team and is part of the Business Development Organization. You will be responsible for various aspects of the business and its initiatives. In this role you will be responsible for field leadership communications and ensuring field leadership is kept apprised of upcoming key CWM priorities. You will need excellent communication skills, ability to adapt quickly and flexibility with constantly changing environments. You will manage in a rapid pace of change, be detail oriented & possess a strong ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels of the firm.Job Responsibilities
