Our client is looking for a Japanese Speaking HR Administrator to join their dynamic team.Company: Japanese consulting firmPosition: HR Administrator/Admin AssistantLocation: Central London (Hybrid)Salary: £32,000 – £36,000 + bonus (depends on performance)Main responsibilities:1.Dealing with HR mattersHiring process (contracts), visa arrangements, helping onboarding process of contractors, local employees and expatsMaintaining employee HandbookSupporting and taking care of operation staffConduct HR training eventsAnswering any inquiries from employee related HR mattersManaging employment dataOrganising meetings and taking minutesManage employee holidays and sickness recordsImproving, implementing, and administering human resources policies and proceduresImplementing programs to improve the employee experience of the organisation as a workplaceSupport improvements in procedures for HR related applications and management2. Administration AssistantCorporation Secretary workArranging meetings on behalf of the staff, including booking meeting spaces and organising refreshmentsChecking and looking into the details of authorisation claimsOperating and overseeing the maintenance of office equipment, such as printers and photocopiersMonitoring office supplies and reordering them as neededUpdating and maintaining records, both on paper and digitallyRequirements:Expertise and experience in HR areaOther skills: Word, Power point, ExcelEligible to work in UK without restrictionWe regret to inform applicants that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
