** This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, rewarding, and exciting business **John & Molly’s Neighborhood Tavern in Eastampton, NJ seeks a full-time Bartender/Server to join our team.John & Molly’s Neighborhood Tavern is a family-owned tavern housed in a historic 19th-century building serving delicious and creatively prepared beverages, fresh seafood, steaks, sautés, & beers.The #1 we want this role to accomplish initially is to help manage the front of the house. This is perfect for someone able to jump behind the bar or expedite in the kitchen as needed.The ideal candidate shows initiative while simultaneously being a great team player. You have a guest-first mentality and enjoy working in the hospitality industry.Company culture:

Position:

• Bartender/Server

Compensation:

• $5.26 hourly + tips
• $800 weekly average
• Paid Weekly (Fridays)

Schedule requirements:

• Part-time
• 3 to 4 shifts weekly
• Weekends mandatory (Fir, Sat, and Sun)
• Closed Christmas, Easter, 4th of July week, and Thanksgiving

Language requirements:

• English

Experience required:

• 2+ years of Bartender/Server experience in a casual restaurant/tavern that serves liquor
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Can reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Can work in a standing position for long periods
