Job Title: PhlebotomistJob DescriptionSeeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team on a 3-month contract with potential for permanent employment. This role involves drawing blood from both pediatric and adult patients, processing blood samples, and performing a variety of both routine and specialized specimen preparation procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized work area, performing various quality control procedures, and participating in the distribution of specimens, supplies, and reports. Candidates will work onsite and must be flexible to float to other labs as needed.Hard Skills

• 1-2 years’ experience as a phlebotomist
• Phlebotomy certification (inactive certification acceptable)
• AHA BLS certification

Soft Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
