Job Title: Patient SupportJob Description

• Answer calls, emails and/or other requests from patients and/or healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals. Calls are auto-connected, so it is HIGH volume.

• Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately.

• Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient’s medication as needed.

• Schedule treatments to be sent to the patient or patient’s healthcare provider.

Requirement:Looking for someone with call centre experience who can understand medical terminology.Hard Skills

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring 3 days on-site in Louisville, Kentucky and Work from home 2 days a week.Work EnvironmentTwo shifts available: 9:30am to 5pm and 11:30am to 8pm.Desk job in a closed-door pharmacy talking to patients and providers on the phone.Three-week training in person (8:30 to 5pm), then move to hybrid IF hitting all your metrics.About ActalentActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
