Are you our next Jira & JSM Administrator and Developer?
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled person with experience in both Jira administration and development. You will have extensive experience overseeing and optimising Atlassian Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) environments, along with a background in configuring and developing custom solutions to meet evolving business needs. If you are passionate about all of this, we would love to hear from you.
What you will be doing
- Administer and oversee Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM), including user access, projects, workflows, custom fields, filters, dashboards, add-ons, plugins, and extensions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and implement Jira & JSM requirements, aligning to business goals
- Gather and interpret business process workflow requirements to identify areas for improvement and apply Jira functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support to Jira and JSM users
- Explore and implement automation opportunities for enterprise and corporate technology use-cases
- Stay current with the latest Jira features and best practices to enhance platform efficiency
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, as well as user guides, training sessions and presentations, for administrators and end users including current employees and new hires
Who we are looking for
- Expert-level tool administration knowledge in Atlassian Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM)
- Experience with Atlassian Cloud products, including Automation for Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, Scriptrunner, Jira Workflow Toolbox, and Jira Service Management
- Proficiency in Groovy scripting with a desire to further develop scripting abilities
- Experienced in process implementation, and multitasking in a dynamic environment, with the ability to work separately or as part of a team
- Open to learning and supporting new applications across lifecycle, with a major advantage if experienced in Atlassian DC, cloud migrations, REST services, PowerShell or Python scripting
