Most importantly, Le Wagon is a community of 26,000+ graduates from all walks of life, including career changers, digital nomads and many entrepreneurs – who’ve created 220+ tech startups and raised $1B+ and counting!Your Mission:As a Junior Project Manager at Le Wagon, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution and delivery of high-quality educational content across various segments. This role involves assisting in project management, content development monitoring, and the deployment of Generative AI and automation tools.You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and freelancers, ensure the integration of content within our Learning Management System (LMS), and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about Tech and Education, looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.Your Responsibilities:Project Management (40%)

  • Project Set Up: Assist in the initial setup of projects in our project management tool Asana, ensuring all tasks and timelines are clearly defined.
  • Kick-Off and Follow-up Meeting Summaries: Attend project kick-off and follow-up meetings with internal key stakeholders, and provide comprehensive summaries to keep all team members informed.
  • Project Monitoring Assets: Assist in developing and monitoring all relevant assets to efficiently monitor the project (e.g. content production timelines, brief templates).
  • Freelancer Coordination: Assist in drafting contracts, develop and manage missions in Le Wagon freelancer database, and oversee edit rights to ensure freelancers have necessary access.

Content Development Monitoring (40%)

  • Proofreading and Quality Assessment: Ensure all content meets Le Wagon standards of accuracy, clarity, and consistency through proofreading and quality checks.
  • Content Integration within our Internal LMS: Seamlessly integrate and manage content within our internal Learning Management System (LMS) using GitHub.
  • Maintenance of Workspaces and Edit Rights Management: Oversee and maintain organised workspaces, managing edit rights to ensure appropriate access and collaboration among team members.

Generative AI & Automation Deployment (20%)

  • Tool Identification and Benchmarking: Identify and benchmark Generative AI and automation tools and technologies to improve business processes.
  • AI Prompt Development: Develop AI prompts to support course syllabi and content development.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to define opportunities and support CPMs in developing deployment roadmaps.
  • Proof of Concept Development: Develop Proof of Concepts for future features and processes.
  • Best Practices Documentation: Document and share best practices to ensure stakeholder adoption of new workflows.
  • Automation Tool Maintenance: Maintain and implement automation no-code tools (e.g., Make, Airtable) to automate internal processes and workflows.

  • You have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You give attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
