This role is for their digital communications discipline, who are a team of 80 specialists covering Strategy & Data , UX, Design, Motion, Technology & Engineering , Project & account Management.The Operations team plays a central role in the smooth running of the agency, ensuring that the right processes and tools are in place to enable the people to do the best work they can in the best environment possible. The Junior Resource Manager sits within a team of three, whose duties span resource management, reporting, team coordination, talent acquisition, training and development, and the overall people experience. You will be integral in bringing together people and skills to deliver great work in a thriving environment, within a commercial structure that delivers value to the business.About the Role:The Junior Resource Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day co-ordination of the busy studio. Maintaining and evolving processes and routines accordingly, as they adapt and change to meet the needs for the work and clients. You will be working closely with the Operations Manager to develop and execute:● Resourcing of the Studio
● The Studio equipment
● Cultural and team-building strategies
● Contractor Recruitment strategies & implementation
● Working processes
● Operational processes
● Operational tools
● Hybrid working tools and processKey Responsibilities include:● Working closely with the project managers and discipline leads to understand the requirements for each project.
● Have a complete understanding of all disciplines in the studio to enable the effective allocation of staff to project needs.
● Responsible for coordinating resource management by working with the project leads to book internal resources in London and Prague, as well as freelance resources when required.
● Work closely with Recruitment & the Operation Manager to determine freelance and permanent hiring needs, support the interview process and related admin.
● Work alongside the Operations Manager to oversee the induction process for all new team members (permanent and freelance), making sure the teams have all necessary info at the start of their time.
● Responsible for setting up contractors on internal systems and arranging equipment (liaising with HR and IT).
● Responsible for contractor extensions by liaising with HR.
● Run the website hosting trackers and ensure finance teams are aware of invoices.
● Support the facilitation and management of the cross-office production resource workflow between London, Prague and the rest of the partnership.
● Welcoming perm and freelance team members for their day one introductions & walk rounds with key people.
● Playing a key role in populating and maintaining the team culture alongside the Operations team.About You :● 2+ years experience in the digital industry with working knowledge of resource management, of some kind.
● Experience in motivating project teams, inspiring teamwork, taking a leadership role and running meetings
● Highly organised, excellent attention to detail and a confident communicator
● Focussed and a team player
● Ability to perform in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
