ShareTop JobLocated in Coquitlam, BCSalary: $40-$45K SalaryOur client, a growing Tri-Cities based plumbing and HVAC service provider for commercial, industrial, new construction projects, and multi-residential properties is hiring a Junior Service Coordinator.This full-time permanent opportunity primarily involves supporting the Senior Service Coordinator with the scheduling of the day-to-day operations of field technicians. You also work closely with the sales team and service manager.Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dispatching field technicians throughout the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley. This involves about 75% of the job
- Receptionist desk – you are the first point of contact for the company
- Prepare quotes for customers
- Source & order material from wholesalers
- Administer the maintenance contracts
- Provide on-call support
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years minimum of administrative assistant experience and at least 1 year of dispatch experience is required
- HVAC industry experience and/or fluency with JONAS is a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – characterized by professionalism, assertiveness, and a calm demeanor
- A sense of urgency with grace under pressure
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
