What We Expect
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a similar standard
- Help oversee all kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards
- Develop and design new menu items
- Manage food inventory and control food costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen spaces
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure consistent quality
- Ideally skilled with butchery (this can be taught)
- Owners manage lots of the paperwork which allows further kitchen focus
- Ever changing seasonal menus
Details
- 4 full day week: Wed – Sat (Some flexibility where needed)
- Short term help with relocation – Self-contained on-site – Single room with bathroom but no kitchen facilities
