What We Expect

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a similar standard
  • Help oversee all kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards
  • Develop and design new menu items
  • Manage food inventory and control food costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen spaces
  • Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure consistent quality
  • Ideally skilled with butchery (this can be taught)
  • Owners manage lots of the paperwork which allows further kitchen focus
  • Ever changing seasonal menus

Details

  • 4 full day week: Wed – Sat (Some flexibility where needed)
  • Short term help with relocation – Self-contained on-site – Single room with bathroom but no kitchen facilities
