• To assist colleagues and other members of staff to create teamwork and quality service through communication.
• To be aware of facilities available to guests within the hotel, this includes the leisure club and spa.
• Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all food preperation areas and staff canteen according to established standards of hygeine.
• Sorting,storing and distributing ingredients.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUWe hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements…To succeed in the role of Chef de Partie you will need the following qualities and skills.

• The ability to adhering to the company’s rules and regulations on policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations
• To be flexible in your approach, and able to assist the Sous Chef and any other members when required
• A team player who thrives in the hustle and bustle of a busy kitchen department
• Someone who is passionate about food and willing to learn
• Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., cleaner, porter)
