Work you’ll do We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recommending and supporting the implementation of knowledge management strategies and processes, ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of knowledge resources, and supporting the creation, improvement, maintenance, and organization of knowledge products. This role will also involve managing knowledge bases and information repositories in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, and other applications as needed.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Recommend and support the implementation of knowledge management strategies and processes.

  • Ensure the accuracy and accessibility of knowledge resources.

  • Support the creation, improvement, maintenance, and organization of knowledge products.

  • Provide support for the management of knowledge bases and information repositories in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, and other applications as needed.

  • Utilize excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and support the continuous improvement of knowledge management practices.

  • Present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Position will sit onsite in Arlington VA

Qualifications

Required:

  • BS or BA degree

  • Active Secret clearance

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance for this role

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and evolving knowledge bases, as well as implementing new knowledge management lifecycle processes.

  • Proficient in training others on the use of knowledge base tools and explaining the knowledge management process.

  • Strong skills in supporting knowledge governance and ensuring the quality assurance of knowledge artifacts.

  • Experience in designing, managing, and continually improving knowledge bases in tools such as ServiceNow and Microsoft SharePoint.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107663 – $179438
