Lab Technician
Lab technician’s Job Duties:
- Set up, adjust, and operate laboratory equipment such as microscopes and spectrophotometers.
- Test solutions used in plating processes for various characteristics.
- Verify the conformity of finished products to specifications.
- Record test results and prepare reports, graphs, and charts.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Prepare chemical solutions and maintain chemical inventory.
- Use statistical data control to monitor and improve processes
Schedule
: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
Pay
; $19-$25/hr DOE
Requirements;
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and alternate between standing and sitting for 8 hours.
- Must pass a colorblind test and have good communication skills.
- Experience working with Hazardous chemicals
- 2 years of lab experience
