OverviewHire Resolve’s client is a leading Civil Engineering and Architecture firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Landscape Architect in Philadelphia, PA.Responsibilities:

• Prepare land development documentation.
• Review landscape plans and coordinate planning services.
• Contribute to the preparation of site plans, grading plans, utility plans, stormwater management reports, erosion and sediment control plans, construction details, and applications.
• Perform limited field inspection (as needed).
• Additional tasks may be assigned, as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture (or a related field of study).
• 2+ years of professional experience working in Landscape Architecture with land development projects.
• Experience with all phases of residential, commercial, institutional, and public projects, including entitlements, permitting, construction documents, and construction liaison
• Experience contributing to large-scale master planning projects (especially with developing detailed construction plans as well as site / grading / planting plans) is a plus!
• Proficiency with MS-Office 365 (e.g.: Outlook, Excel, & Word) is expected; expertise with relevant design & CADD software tools (e.g.: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Cloud, LandFX, etc.) is a plus!
• Experience with modeling programs (e.g.: Sketchup, Lumion, and/or Revit).
• Working knowledge of ArcGIS
