The Landscaping Crew Member is responsible for the curb appeal and all aspects of landscaping needs for 5 apartment communities in the Fayetteville, North Carolina area for Monarch. We are looking for a full time/year round individual that will also assist the maintenance teams with preventative maintenance, turning apartments and other projects as needed.Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- 1 year of professional landscaping experience
Experience in SOME of the following areas is expected. We can train you!
- Landscape Maintenance
- Landscape Design
- Operation of 0 turn mowers
- Edging, weed whipping and mulching
- Pulling trailers
- Availability during winter months to participate in snow removal activities
- Tree trimming and cutting
- Stump grinding
- Chainsaws
- Minor concrete and asphalt repairs
- Power-washing
