Our automotive products fall into four primary groups: Seating and Lumbar support, Wireless Charging, Motors and Actuators, and Mechanical Cables. If you join our team, your work will ensure people across the world have a little more comfort in their lives.As a Launch Manager, you will be the extended arm of Program Management, ensuring the flawless launch of new products and processes in the plant. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations, internal targets, and ensure the successful implementation of product launches. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to make a significant impact within a global organization.So, what will you be doing as a Launch Manager?

• Coordinate plant activities during new product launches, supporting Program Management in ensuring smooth execution.
• Monitor and communicate the status of product launches, escalating issues and involving additional resources as necessary.
• Drive solutions to resolve issues affecting product launches, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Lead pre-launch reviews and drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and equipment.
• Manage changes in products or manufacturing processes after SOP, collaborating with Program Management and other necessary functions.
• Promote and ensure a safety-first approach, maintaining a zero-accident culture across the business.
• Fulfill any deputy/back-up roles as assigned to support business needs.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of job experience in an industrial or automotive environment, with 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams
• Result-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and conflict management skills
• Good knowledge of program and process standards, tools, and methods
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Strong manufacturing / engineering background with industrial press/equipment knowledge preferred
• Quality background preferred
