We are looking for a Lead Data Engineer to join the Team. As a Lead Data Engineer at Resilience you will have the opportunity to lead a Team of Data Engineers. Your Team is in charge of collecting, structuring and processing the data used by all of our products and data services, as well as maintaining our data platform for all the data users. If you care about data, their privacy, and enjoy defining and implementing the most-suited data technologies to answer business and product challenges you are in the right place !How your job participates to make Resilience successful :As a data driven company, the Data Engineering team is participating to make Resilience successful supporting all of the teams to achieve their projects with a global common objective: reinvent cancer care and improve patients quality of life.What your day to day looks like :Scope of the Data Engineering TeamData FactoryDesign the most appropriate architecture to build the health-related data factoryCollaborate with the internal Resilience teams (Medical, R&D, Operations, etc.) to understand and define the best way to structure the dataDevelop and maintain jobs or services in charge of ingesting, cleaning, processing and storing the data in our internal data warehouseDevelop and maintain services to make the data available to the whole Resilience platform/teams and ensure privacy and security concerns are well handledData PlatformExplore, develop and deploy tools to facilitate the data team(s) (Data Engineering + Business Analytics + Data Science) daily workImplement and maintain tools to improve data observability, traceability and quality at the company levelData AnalyticsProvide tools and expose data for business intelligence needs in a decentralized and business oriented vision, animate data teams to facilitate collaboration and data assets sharingDevelop and maintain an external analytics productResponsibilities of the Lead Data EngineerManagement and technical leadershipOrient and help members of the Team in their contributionsOrganize the team to ensure coverage of activities and back-upMake each member of the team growProduct and project management :Define and update the roadmap with the Team and the other Teams inputs, report to LeadershipManage the backlog and the priorities of the Team, with the Team and other Teams inputs, animate agile ceremoniesManage some technical data projectsIndividual design and development contributions✨Your Data Engineering TeamThe Data Engineering team exists from almost the beginning of the company, even before the data (!). It gives you an idea of how important the data is at Resilience.
