You will manage a small team of 9 shift engineers along with two apprentice engineers.Key AccountabilitiesOur Capital and Engineering Manager is looking for a team member to…Lead the engineering shift teams to create a high performing culture where team members are motivated, engaged, and supported to develop and achieve their potential.Ensure that the engineering teams have the relevant skills to attend all plant and equipment issues as well as co-ordinating the management of change requests for all equipment changes.Drive a culture of continuous improvement always looking to reducing costs, drive quality within a zero-harm environment.The Right PersonIf you share our values…Integrity, Passion for Results, Superior Quality, Initiative, Recognition & TeamworkAnd you have the following skills and experiences….

• Leadership: Able to effectively lead and motivate site team to deliver on objectives.

• Experience of working in a control bias environment
