Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist – B2B EnergyLocation: Newcastle Quayside (office based)Pay Rate/Salary: £25,000.00 – £35,000.00 per year, plus uncapped commissions (Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pmType: Full-time, PermanentWe are hiring for a Lead Generation Specialist who is passionate about the energy sector and experienced in B2B lead generation or outbound sales. Based in Newcastle Quayside, this role is within a dynamic and modern office environment, complete with pool tables, arcade games, and collaborative spaces. You will play a vital role in driving our 2025 growth strategy by identifying and qualifying high-value clients for gas and electric solutions.Duties of a Lead Generation SpecialistIn this role, you will be working closely with the sales team to generate and qualify new leads. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Researching and identifying prospective B2B clients in the energy sector through outbound cold calling and platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Qualifying leads based on energy usage, industry needs, and alignment with our services.
• Building relationships with potential clients, educating them on gas and electric offerings.
• Keeping the CRM system updated with accurate and detailed lead information.
• Collaborating with the team to meet lead generation and sales targets.

Skills and Experience of a Lead Generation SpecialistAs a Lead Generation Specialist, you need to have:

• Experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales (preferred, ideally in energy, utilities, or related fields).
• Strong research and communication skills.
• An outgoing, ambitious, and self-motivated personality.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and lead generation tools.

It would be beneficial to the role if you also had:

• Knowledge of the energy sector, including gas and electric solutions.
• Experience with LinkedIn for lead generation.
• A passion for helping businesses improve energy efficiency.
