The Lead, IT Portfolio Management partners with technology owners, IT Finance, IT Leadership and Data Science to manage the full financial environment of the OCSX (Omnichannel Customer Experience Solutions) IT portfolios. The Lead, IT Portfolio Management will be responsible for understanding cost make up of all departmental spend, defining benchmarks, investigating cost variances, tracking to resolution, and forecasting departmental/contracted costs as appropriate.

The Lead, IT Portfolio Management is responsible for driving technology leaders to determine the optimal pricing and quantity for OCSX technology (department, towers, applications, products and services) and providing the strategic direction and governance related to the identification and execution of cost optimization opportunities. The Lead, IT Portfolio Management will investigate and report out on variances from the planned forecast for all operational spend, manage the budget transfer process and strategic cost allocation activities.

This role organizes and prioritizes portfolio financial initiatives based on IT Strategy, strategic roadmap, available and prioritized budgets, changes schedules and ensures that the appropriate financial and organizational support is being allocated in support of those goals. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 2 or more years of technical experience

  • 2 or more years of Financial Management experience

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate effectively both developing and delivering clear and concise presentations to senior leaders

  • Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Familiar working with large data sets

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or other Advanced Degree

  • Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes

  • SAFe Certification

  • PMP certification

  • Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$115,300 – $158,600 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
