If compassion, care and inclusiveness are an important part of who you are, our opportunities to work away from the routine in a demanding, challenging but emotionally rewarding role could be for you.Our Turning Point Scotland Services in Inverclyde are looking for people like you to help provide individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs, either on an individual 1:1 basis or alongside others and as part of a team.Pathways To Rehab ServiceThe Residential Rehabilitation Pathways Team is a collaborative development between Turning Point Scotland and Inverclyde, Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service (ADRS). The post will be hosted by Inverclyde ADRS as part of the Addiction Liaison Team to deliver on the outcomes and key performance indicators set out by the Inverclyde Alcohol and Drug Partnership (ADP). The service aims to engage, develop and improve pathways for people accessing residential rehabilitation and provide a smooth transition following residential rehabilitation into the local community and support services.The support we provide is always person centred, we do this by involving people who know the person well, this includes family and friends, other health and Social Work professionals, Advocacy services and our own staff members.We believe having the right values of respect, compassion, inclusion and integrity is all you need to join our team!
