We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Product Manager to join our team and drive the strategic vision and growth of our Regulatory Intelligence platform. As a skilled product strategist with a significant background in regulatory and CMC information solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial strategy and fostering a collaborative and productive culture.In this role, you will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy and defining the future direction of our Regulatory Intelligence platform. This position requires a strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the drug development market, industry trends, competitive dynamics, and the needs of our core users. Your expertise in product development and interest in technology will be crucial to navigating the challenges and driving the success of our platform.You will work closely with an experienced team across a matrixed organization, leveraging your collaborative and influential leadership skills to achieve our strategic goals. This hybrid position is available in either our London or Barcelona offices.If you are passionate about making a significant impact in the drug development industry and excel in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we would love to hear from you.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a STEM discipline, or commensurate industry experience.At least 10 years of experience in product management in a highly commercial role which includes deep knowledge of pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences.Expertise in working with a data/BI/SaaS based product suite is essential.Knowledge or understanding of the regulatory aspects of the pharmaceutical industry, including CMC, is highly desirable.Previous experience of interpreting and utilizing quantitative and qualitative usage metrics and feedback for product improvements and prioritization.Excellent presentation skills to deliver content to internal and external stakeholders, attend and present at conferences and foster and manage client relationships.Extensive experience working in/with regulatory departments of pharmaceutical companies or CROs and deep understanding of industry drivers.Proven business and commercial experience with a deep knowledge of the user workflow and user journeys, as well as the ability to identify the critical needs that will add commercial value.Excellent oral and written English communication.It would be great if you also have:Knowledge or understanding of Content data platformsPrevious team-leading experience.What will you be doing in this role?Identifying opportunities for revenue growth within our existing product framework, evangelizing internally and externally our products and services to support strong growth, and defining our future innovations in the life sciences and healthcare regulatory space.Devising, planning and executing business cases and driving a strong go-to-market approach for the products and growth derived from these business cases.Building user communities from personal contacts and Key Opinion Leaders to promote our products and service offerings.Building and developing key customer and industry relationships; creating and delivering thought leadership at industry events; collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams.Reviewing or contributing to functional specifications, prototypes and early product versions to ensure ability to meet market goals and obtain customer acceptance.Leading a highly professional and experienced POD team, comprising of key stakeholders and ensuring that short-and long-term goals of the Regulatory Intelligence team are achievedAbout the TeamOur diverse and dynamic team consists of 15 talented colleagues based in London, Barcelona, and the USA. We operate under the leadership of the Senior Director of Product Management, who oversees Clarivate products in Drug Discovery, Regulatory Intelligence, and Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance. Together, we are committed to enhancing the value of data from various sources to deliver the best products to our global clients.The team leverages internal databases such as Cortellis Intelligence and collaborates with external local consultants and partners. Our collective expertise and collaborative spirit drive our mission to innovate and excel in the field of drug development.Hours of Work:London, UK : This is a full-time permanent position based in and will require hybrid working in our Liverpool Street office(2-3 days per week in the office, rest of week remote).This position requires weekday (Monday – Friday) attendance with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.Barcelona, Spain : This is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours a week (35 hours during July and August).
