Clarivate is on the lookout for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our Patent Service team in NOIDA. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to work with the latest technologies and Cloud-native solutions featuring micro-service and API driven architecture.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

  • Holding a Bachelor’s in Engineering or a Master’s degree (BE, ME, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MS) with strong communication and reasoning abilities is required.
  • 6+ years of experience independently developing modules using C# .NET, Python, Web development, JavaScript/TypeScript, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
  • Over 4 years of hands-on technical experience using AWS serverless resources, including but not limited to Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, S3, Cloudfront, and ALB.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript framework (Angular), UI Testing (Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium).
  • Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, particularly MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Additionally, it would be advantageous if you have:

  • Experience in Terraform or similar, and IAC in general.
  • Experience with OCR engines and solutions, e.g. AWS Textract, Google Cloud Vision.
  • Understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), considered highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) tools and techniques is desirable.
  • Interest in exploring and adopting Data Science methodologies, and AI/ML technologies to optimize project outcomes.

What will you be doing in this role? 

Overall, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the development projects and achieving business objectives through innovative and efficient agile software development practices. 

 

  • Quickly and efficiently resolve complex technical issues by analysing information, evaluating options, and executing decisions.
  • Participate in technical design discussions and groups for feature development.
  • Understand the impact of architecture and hosting strategies on technical design and apply industry best practices in software development, including unit testing, object-oriented design, and code reviews.
  • Work with team members to address findings from security, functionality, and performance tests.
  • Conduct detailed code reviews for intricate solutions, offering enhancements where feasible.
  • Prioritize security and performance in all implementations.
