Full-Time Lead Veterinarian – Now Hiring + Sign-On Bonus – Spring Hill, FLWe are excited to announce a Lead Veterinarian opening at our Spring Hill, FL clinic. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead a team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of animals and the community.Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality medical care and treatments, including diagnostics, surgeries, and routine procedures
• Oversee the veterinary team, ensuring that all veterinarians and support staff work to high standards
• Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, including treatment plans and staff schedules
• Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries, and administer medications as needed
• Consult with clients regarding their pets’ health and provide preventive care guidance
• Maintain thorough and accurate medical records
• Ensure clinic cleanliness and a welcoming environment for both clients and staff

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Experience working in a clinical setting
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team
