Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Business Process Owner Commercial Finance. focuses on designing & building processes for O2C operations within LEAP. This role is shaping how financial operations will be executed and managed in the new environment, ensuring they align with harmonization goals and compliance standards. This pivotal role focuses on establishing a comprehensive framework for monitoring, managing, and optimizing operational performance across the company’s commercial activities including facilitating RGM initiative.The BPO will ensure transversal coordination between O2C and R2D reporting in dotted line to R2D BPO Financial Analysis.Your key missions:Billing Process Design: Develop and implement an optimized billing process within the ERP system, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoicing practices that meet both company and customer needs.Condition Contract and Settlement: Design and manage the process for condition contracts and settlements, ensuring that contractual agreements are accurately reflected in financial operations and reconciliations within the ERP system.O2C Finance Operations: Oversee the end-to-end design of the O2C finance operations within the ERP, ensuring seamless integration of order processing, credit management, revenue recognition, and cash collection processes.Dispute Management Process: Implement a robust dispute management process within the ERP system, enabling efficient resolution of billing and contract disputes, maintaining customer satisfaction and financial accuracy.ERP System Configuration and Customization: Collaborate with Tech and ERP tech teams to configure and the ERP system to support newly designed finance and accounting processes, ensuring system capabilities fully meet process requirements.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, RGM, customer service, and Tech departments to align finance operations with broader business processes, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer account management & Commercial performance analysis.If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply!Master’s degree in engineering or business schoolRequired 10/15 years minimum of experienceExperience in commercial, revenue growth managementExperience in consumer goods industryAccounting operation processes knowledgeKnowledge of accounts receivables and customer accountingSAP Savy is a nice to haveEnglish is mandatory, French and Spanish appreciated but not mandatoryWait, there’s more…We offer you an outstanding and collaborative workplace that embodies our sharing & conviviality culture, the possibility to work from home (2 days a week), a very complete mutual insurance, an attractive compensation including profit-sharing, the possibility to train daily, employee events…Pernod Ricard is committed to diversity and inclusion: we are a disability-friendly company, one of France’s Top 10 companies for gender equality, and we work with associations to promote social inclusion.
