Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Business Process Owner – Supply Planning who will be tasked with designing and developing critical supply chain processes within the future target ERP system. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique operational dynamics between Pernod Ricard’s brands that produce and the markets that commercialize products. The Supply Chain Lead will be responsible for creating efficient, scalable, and integrated processes for planning, stock allocation, logistic network management, and Inter Company (InterCo) operations. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.Your key missions:

  • Stock Allocation Process Design: Develop a comprehensive process within the ERP to efficiently allocate stock across various brands and markets, ensuring optimal inventory levels that meet production needs and market demands.
  • Logistic Network Management Development: Design an ERP-supported logistic network management process that optimizes the flow of goods from production sites to markets, incorporating strategies for transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Product and material Data Management: Oversee the definition and design of product and material master data model for the MDM and within the ERP, ensuring accuracy and consistency across affiliates
  • InterCompany Operations Design: Design processes within the ERP to manage InterCompany transactions and operations smoothly, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance across different legal entities within the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, Tech, procurement, and sales departments to ensure the designed processes align with overall business objectives and system capabilities.

  • Master’s degree in engineering or business school
  • Required 10/12 years of experience.
  • Experience in consumer goods industry.
  • Extensive experience in Supply Chain.
  • SAP Savvy is a nice to have.
  • English is mandatory. French and Spanish appreciated but not mandatory.
