NonStop Care are currently working alongside an amazing team in Greater Manchester who are seeking experienced adult social workers for their new Preparing for Adulthood team, which is focusing on delivering impactful and timely assessments for young people transitioning into Adult Services.   • Newly Established, Specialised Team: This recently established team is specifically designed to address the unique needs of young people transitioning into Adult Services. Be a pioneer in shaping the future of adult care services for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and neurodiversity, making a direct impact on the community.
  • Manageable Caseload: Handle an average of 20 cases, carefully balanced to match your expertise and the complexity of each case. Focus on delivering high-quality care without being overwhelmed, ensuring you can provide thorough and effective support to each individual.

Requirements:

  • Degree in social care
  • Social Work England registration
  • 2+ years experience in Learning Disabilities and/or Transition Social Work
