• Auditing cases which are ready for submission to USCIS.
• Reviewing and editing documents.
• Attending client meetings and documenting client communication.
• Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files.
• Utilizing a high level of multitasking skills.
• Exercising a strong ability to maintain timely communication via email and phone to respond to messages from clients and staff.
• Working in-office 100%.

**Position is onsite , in Yakima, WA** Responsibilities:

• Align with our Client First Mission, Vision and Values placing our clients at the center of everything you do.
• Regular Communication with Clients (Phone, text, email, in person).
• Collecting, Updating, Processing, Organizing Client Evidence in e-files / Hard Files and Payments.
• Virtual and Onsite Meetings with Clients to Collect Documents, Payments, and the Like.
• Preparation, Editing and accurate Processing of Client Forms.
• Train and Assisting New Team Members.
• Assisting with Legal and Factual Research.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Recent and Progressive Professional Experience working in a Legal Firm.
• Minimum 2 years of Experience Preparing Legal Case Files. Preferably in an Immigration Law firm.
• High Bilingual Proficiency in both English and Spanish (Verbal Communication and Business Writing).
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Political Science or Legal Field.
• Working Onsite in our Yakima, Washington Location (There are not options for Hybrid or Remote Schedules for this role).
