If you have over 1 year of customer service experience and are ready to transition into an in-office role with a steady schedule, Legal Contact Center Support Agent position may be just what you’re looking for!
As a Legal Contact Center Support Agent, you’ll engage with potential claimants over the phone, guiding them through their eligibility for class action lawsuits. You’ll excel if you can follow detailed instructions and enjoy hands-on support from leadership. Your ability to provide warm and professional customer service while following detailed instructions will make you successful in this role.
