Legal Contact Center Support Agent | On-Site Downtown Seattle

If you have over 1 year of customer service experience and are ready to transition into an in-office role with a steady schedule, Legal Contact Center Support Agent position may be just what you’re looking for!

As a Legal Contact Center Support Agent, you’ll engage with potential claimants over the phone, guiding them through their eligibility for class action lawsuits. You’ll excel if you can follow detailed instructions and enjoy hands-on support from leadership. Your ability to provide warm and professional customer service while following detailed instructions will make you successful in this role.

Legal Contact Center Support Agent Duties:

  • Respond to inbound calls regarding legal claims
  • Utilize script-system to answer questions and provide information in a compliant manner
  • Accurately document and enter call details into internal CRM

Legal Contact Center Support Agent Requirements:

  • 1+ years call center or phone-based customer service experience
  • 6+ months on-site, in-office experience
  • Experience utilizing multiple CRMs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour

  • $21.00 per hour monolingual agents (English)
  • $23.00 per hour bilingual agents (English and Spanish)

Schedule
: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM (100% in-office)
