• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalise trading agreements, including ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes (CSAs), GMRA, and other derivatives documentation.
• Provide legal support for trading activities, including FX trading agreements, trading platform agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
• Advise on new derivatives products and investment strategies, assessing their legal and regulatory implications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure legal documentation aligns with business goals.
• Support the development and implementation of legal best practices and compliance with global regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified lawyer in England & Wales with 0-5 years PQE.
• Experience in derivatives, structured products, trading agreements and regulatory understanding.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to assess and balance legal and business risks.
• Proactive team player with a practical and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and jurisdictions.
• Organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
