** Housing + utilities all inclusive @ $500mo year-round **Léon 1909 in Shelter Island, NY is seeking experienced full-time Servers to join our team.Léon 1909 is a countryside French & Italian restaurant located on beautiful Shelter Island in The Hamptons.The ideal candidate has a guest-first mentality and values teamwork. Your demeanor is calm and positive. Your multi-tasking skills are strong.Company culture:

Position:

• Server

Compensation:

• $1200 weekly average
• $11 hourly + tips
• Tips received in paycheck
• Paid Weekly

Schedule requirements:

• Year-round
• Full-time
• 35 hours weekly
• 4-5 days weekly

• English

Experience requirements:

• 2+ years of previous experience in a similar role in a high-volume fine dining or upscale casual restaurant
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
