Our culture champions innovation, integrity, and diversity.Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our landlords and tenants. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service: Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth execution of all scheduled events.
• Viewings: Attend property viewings, engage with prospective renters, and close deals to exceed sales targets.
• Communication: Provide timely and relevant updates to all parties regarding viewings and appointments.
• Proactive Engagement: Identify opportunities to increase successful property viewings and conversions.
• Data Management: Keep accurate records and regularly update our CRM system.
• Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any issues that arise during the viewing and leasing process.
