Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator for our South/East based Residential Office.What this job involvesHitting monthly/annual targets and KPIsMeeting and registering new applicantsAccompany viewings with prospective tenantsNegotiate offers receivedCo-ordinating with tenancy managers to ensure move in paperwork goes smoothlyExcellent time management skillsMaintain regular contact with landlords and applicantsDevelop relationships and work closely with clients to develop future business opportunitiesSound like you? To apply you need to be/have:
- Experience of residential Lettings
- Proven track record of successful lettings or of delivering high quality customer service.
- The ability to develop strong client relationships will be essential
- The ability to learn to accurately value properties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive by nature, a lateral thinker, with the ability to use your experience and qualifications.
- A high degree of integrity and someone who has valued reputation with in the market place
