Job title:

Compensation and benefits:

• $75-85K salary (w/bonus pay)
• Paid bi-weekly
• Quarterly bonus pay

Schedule requirements:

• 5 days a week
• 2 back-to-back days off

Language requirements:

• English

Must have experience:

• 2+ years of management experience in a similar role in an independent upscale casual restaurant or bar
• Ordering & receiving, inventory
• P & L management (maintaining food costs, maximizing profitability)
• Staff training and motivation
• Food safety knowledge (RAMP and ServSafe certification preferred)
• Payroll
• Scheduling
• Staff management of >20 employees
• POS Systems
• Microsoft Office

High-Level Responsibilities:

• Build and improve upon operational systems that impact the efficiency of service, maximize revenue and covers, and ensure consistently high-quality food and beverage
• Assist in the management of all FOH employees including training, mentoring, and adhering to policies
• Help create and maintain FOH team development (identify talent and nurture growth development)
• Help create and maintain a positive and safe work environment
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety
