Housed in one of London’s landmark buildings, it is where modern lifestyle and luxury experiences create new stories built upon those from the past.Position SummaryAs a Linen Porter at St. Pancras, you are responsible for hotel Laundry daily operations and services reporting directly to Linen room / Housekeeping supervisor.Responsibilities: Here’s what your journey with us entails

• Collecting any laundry and deliver to linen room.
• Removing all trays out of hotel bedrooms.
• Carrying out daily laundry shift operations and ensuring compliance with all policies, standards and procedures, including loss prevention.
• Ensuring consistent workflow to minimize peaks and valleys in production.
• Ensuring stock of linen pars.
• Analysing all discards of stained and torn linen. Determining items that can be salvaged. Maintaining records of discarded linen.
• Operating all department equipment as necessary and reporting malfunctions.
• Working effectively with the Engineering department on Laundry equipment maintenance needs.
• Deliver an exceptionally high standard of five-star luxury lifestyle service for every guest interaction.
• Addressing guests’ service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
• Assisting other associates to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
• Attitude, grooming standard, body language and tone need to be positive, supportive and on brand at all times.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of all areas at all times.
• Carrying out other duties that may be required to ensure the overall hotel operation is properly maintained to provide a total guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
