Are you a Localization Project Manager looking for an unique opportunity in a profitable, travel scale up?

As we continue to grow rapidly and profitably, we are looking for a Localization Project Manager (40h/week), to join our Localization Team from Amsterdam or remotely, who will report to our Localization Lead.

We work in a flexible, results-oriented, data-driven and customer-centric team structure, focusing on shipping value in a collaborative fashion, with hopefully just the right amount of bureaucracy. What you will do:

  • Manage localization requests from different teams in the company from start to finish (including thorough checks on source text and on delivered translations)
  • Manage the localization vendor in all operational aspects (e.g. daily tasks, deliveries, meetings)
  • Manage all external resources (e.g. Language Experts) in all operational aspects
  • Maintain our Translation Management System and all essential assets (such as glossaries and Translation Style Guides)
  • Manage all internal support requests (e.g. bug reports).

Who you are:

  • You are bilingual or multi-lingual. English has no secrets for you. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • You come from a Localization background, with 2 years of experience as a Project Manager (or similar role)
  • You have experience in the tech industry, and have worked before on:
    • Website and app localization
    • Marketing and branding localization
    • ASO localization
    • Localization production
  • You have experience with different TMS; knowledge of Crowdin is a plus
  • You have a very strong attention to details
  • You have strong planning, time management, and communication skills
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus.
