You will be:Driving Retail

  • Ensure you and your team deliver luxury service, inviting customers back for return appointments.
  • Generate retail sales through the successful execution of in-store events and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Offer creative ideas to generate new business, with a focus on product launches and anniversaries.
  • Plan and host a schedule of regular events on key products for our VIP customers.
  • Have detailed knowledge of all of our brand products and be aware of the external beauty market, passing all your knowledge on to the team.

People Management and leadership

  • Onboard and provide continuous training to the teams embedding them into the brand and driving their personal performance.
  • Offer regular and timely feedback on team productivity, service levels, product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Track team performance and put in place steps to improve any of the team that are under performing.

Execute Business and Operations

  • Plan and deliver business rotas and daily planners to ensure there is cover across all key trading hours.
  • Adhering to hygiene standards, health and safety as well as being first aid trained to support when necessary.
  • Closely monitoring stock level, raising and rectifying any stock issues for the store.
  • Implementing the merchandising guidelines within store to maintain the brand standards.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A natural leader who can inspire and educate the teams in store.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry with a specific focus on fragrance.
  • Able to deliver a luxurious customer service experience.
  • A storyteller, you will be able to immerse our teams and customers in to the brand DNA.
  • Ability to work flexibly during retail hours which is likely to include evenings and weekends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • A true brand ambassador.
