DescriptionLPN $45/hr – 3rd Shift Hiring ImmediatelyA well-established institution with a rich history, dedicated to providing exceptional care to its residents, is seeking an LPN. The Home offers both Residential and Long-Term Care programs in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility conveniently located with a bus stop right at its entrance. The environment is more relaxed compared to hospitals, with temporary access to food and laundry services, and a nurse-to-patient ratio that is currently below the maximum of 1:7.Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered care while adhering to nursing standards and procedures
• Evaluate residents’ health status and promptly respond to requests for assistance
• Administer treatments and medications with accurate documentation
• Collaborate on care plans and manage emergency situations effectively

Qualifications:

• Active LPN License in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience required
• COVID Vaccine Card (fully vaccinated with at least 1 booster)
• Reliable transportation (car or public transportation acceptable)
