LPN – Hiring Immediately $40/hrWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, primarily focusing on medication administration and catheter care, with occasional duties involving injury assessment and treatment. This role requires traveling between homes in north of Springfield, MA and Amherst, MA.Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and manage catheter care for group home residents
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care in a home-like environment
• Collaborate with other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive care for residents
• Transport individuals to various engagements, including medical appointments, work, and recreational activities

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts
• Experience in med pass, catheter care, and basic injury assessment
• Ability to work independently and travel between group homes
