DESCRIPTIONMiddle Mile Multi-use (M3) are expected to grow and will become more and more important in capacity planning for the all horizons that we make labor planning decisions. We are looking for a motivated individual comfortable with working in new areas of the business where approach is not yet fully defined.Key job responsibilities
Key job responsibilities will include influencing without authority across multi-stakeholder to align both a strategic and tactical approach to how we allocate capacity to solve M3 flows from hiring decisions all the way through to flexing capacity between M3 flows and traditional volume in the execution of the plan.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSUses significant expertise and high judgment to design the right team structure and mechanisms to meet long-term business goals. Able to distill diverse inputs from large customer segments and stakeholders to set a vision, design a strategy, and achieve consensus on priorities. Leads independently.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMasters degree
Experience of capacity planning roles and teams
