Join us.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Machine Learning Platform Engineer to develop, monitor, and integrate machine learning systems for autonomous decision-making. The role involves transitioning prototypes and proof of concept projects into production applications. The engineer will work closely with Data Scientists to extract and deliver unique business insights from large datasets, enhancing our data platforms. The primary focus is on designing and building a robust platform for machine learning systems, supporting machine learning and AI workflows to drive smarter decisions and better products.Now, if you were to come on board as our Machine Learning Platform Engineer, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of business requirements and data infrastructure.
  • Integrate and manage data from multiple sources for robust platform functionality.
  • Contribute to designing and enhancing platform features for automated ML & AI solutions.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of business areas and corresponding technical challenges.
  • Tackle unstructured technical problems independently.
  • Collaborate with teams to refine platform concepts and prototypes for stakeholder needs.
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML and AI systems and workflows across projects.
  • Partner with strategic business stakeholders for data-driven insights and platform solutions.
  • Maintain and support ML and AI platforms for reliability and performance.
  • Deliver automated decision-making systems aligned with business goals and support them.
  • Review and contribute to technical documentation for platform solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality code and adherence to software development best practices.
  • Measure and monitor the accuracy and performance of deployed models and platform solutions.

  • Background in Computer Science, Computational Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of general Machine Learning concepts in theory and application.
  • Advanced programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with Machine Learning frameworks and libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Experience deploying Machine Learning applications to production environments.
  • Experience deploying infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with big data solutions and excellent written/verbal communication skills for relaying complex concepts to non-technical users.
