Machine Operator | Great Training

Do you have six months of recent, consistent work experience, are good with hand tools, and confident in your ability to measure and do basic mental math?

A leading eCommerce supplier of metals and plastics is hiring a Machine Operator with your skills! They specialize in cut-to-size orders and provide direct shipping to their online customers.

In this role, you will be trained to operate metal cutting machinery to support with cutting materials for online customer orders, specifically the shear saw, assist in shipping, and pull customer orders. You’ll even have the opportunity to get forklift certified!

Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Operating a metal cutting machine
• Operating a shear saw
• Support customers in will-call when necessary
• Use a sit-down forklift to pick orders
• Package and ship products to customers

This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working together as a team and are comfortable learning how to operate cutting equipment.

Machine Operator Requirements:

• 6+ months longevity in most recent role
• Steel toed boots
• Basic Excel and math skills
• Able to lift 50-65 pounds regularly

Pay: $20.58/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm
