Machine Operator | Pocket Knife Manufacturer | $21-23/hr

A leading manufacturer of pocket knives is adding Machine Operator to their team for second shift. This is a family-oriented company who is looking for a reliable team player with a positive attitude to join their team.

The position is full-time, temp-to-hire and offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, supportive work environment and lots of opportunity for growth.

As a Machine Operator, you will help support the team and their customers through operating milling, grinding and laser machines; this person will also be responsible for conducting quality checks to ensure parts are up to company standards.

Machine Operator Job Description:

• Operating milling, grinding, and laser machines
• Conduct quality checks to ensure parts are up to company standards
• Perform basic machine maintenance when needed

Schedule: 

• Monday – Friday, 3:30pm-11:00pm (Training schedule is 7:00am-4:00pm for first 2-3 months required)

 Pay: 

$21-23 per hour + 1.50 Shift Differential after training period

Machine Operator Requirements:

• 2 or more years experience working with CNC mills, lasers, and grinders

• High attention to detail

• Basic Math Skills

• Comfortable handling sharp objects – knife blades
