Position: Static Electrician
Location: Sunderland
Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (2 Days, 2 Nights)
Callout Rota: NoneAbout the Role:We are hiring a Static Electrician to join our team at a key site in Sunderland, working with the world’s leading facilities management provider. This role is ideal for someone seeking a stable and straightforward working environment, focusing heavily on Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks.Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of power systems, lighting, UPS, and generators.
• General fabric and plumbing work to keep the site running smoothly.
• Ensuring compliance with Legionella regulations.
• Conducting routine inspections and tests to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
